Skin Care Oil Cleansing Facial in 4 Steps

Skin Care Oil Cleansing Facial in 4 Steps: There are different types of cleansers available on the market to clean the skin. But if these face washes or cleansers are not authentic, they remove the natural oils of our skin along with cleaning the skin.

As a result, the skin loses its shine and becomes dull and dry. So it is definitely not wise to use these products daily unless they are confirmed to be authentic. So what to do? If you really want to take care of your skin and want to bring out the glow from within, then do an oil-cleansing facial once a week. For that, you don’t have to go to the parlor with difficulty; you can do it at home in a very easy way.

Skin care oil cleansing facial: which oil to use?

Skin Care Oil Cleansing Facial in 4 Steps

Castor oil is the main ingredient in skin care oil for cleansing facials. It carries very good cleansing properties and helps remove dirt and excess oil from the skin. You can mix castor oil with any other oil, like almond oil, olive oil, jojoba oil, or grapeseed oil, that suits your skin. But one oil you must not use is coconut oil. This is because coconut oil clogs the skin pores, which can lead to acne breakouts.

The ratio of oils will vary according to skin type. The ratios are given below:

For oily skin, use 30% castor oil and 70% other oils.

For normal and combination skin, use 20% castor oil and 80% other oils.

For dry skin, use 10% castor oil and 90% other oils.

Now many people may question whether castor oil will increase facial hair because many of us know that castor oil helps with hair growth. Don’t worry; castor oil doesn’t usually help grow facial hair. However, if your facial hair or upper lip hair is a bit large, then as a precaution, do not use castor oil or give other oil instead of castor oil in those places. Also, if you are allergic to castor oil, you can use any other oil besides it.

method

Put the hot water in a bowl.

Steps to an Oil-Cleaning Facial in Skin Care

1. First, wash your face well. Although the cleansing properties of castor oil will help remove dirt and grime from the face, wash it off if there is makeup or dirt on the face.

2. Now take the amount of oil kept in the bowl in your palm and rub a little with both hands; the oil will be slightly warm. In such a situation, keep massaging the oil mixture slowly on the entire face with both hands. But definitely massage upwards, and don’t massage with too much pressure on the skin. Massage like this for at least 3–5 minutes.

3. Now take a clean towel, soak it in hot water, and squeeze the water. While lying or reclining in bed, place this hot towel over the entire face. But before putting it on the face, you must check whether the skin can withstand the heat. When the towel comes to room temperature, soak it again in water and place it on your face. In this way, you can keep the towel on your face for 3–4 minutes, or, according to your preference, for 10–15 minutes.

4. At the end, gently remove the facial oil with a towel. But don’t lift with too much pressure. Gently remove the face oil and wash your face with water.

There is no need to apply moisturizer after washing the face. But if the skin feels dry, you can give it a try. This method removes skin impurities, oil, and dead cells and helps to shrink skin pores. Your skin will alter significantly, as you will see. The skin will become much softer and brighter. The finest benefits come from doing this twice a week.
