What is a body polisher?
Body polisher is a mild version of body scrub. Its scrubbing particles are smaller and milder than body scrub particles, so body polish rose can be used. Without any damage to the skin. Moreover, body polish is able to remove dead cells better than body scrub due to its small particles. Try not to use body wash or soap after using a body polisher. If you do regular body polish, the skin will become brighter and the dead cells will fall off, so the skin will be able to absorb the moisture and nutrition of your body lotion, body butter, or body oil very well. And if you can’t use it regularly, you can still get good results even if you use it once every seven days.

Use your favorite body lotion or body oil after showering. Skin moisture will be maintained. You can make this mixture and store it in the fridge, but it is better to use it directly or fresh.
As this mixture also works as a good de-tanning mask, you can use it only on the skin of your hands and feet instead of using it as a body polisher. In that case, leave it on the hands and feet for fifteen to twenty minutes, and when it dries, gently massage it with water. Regular use If you do, the tan of your hands and feet will be removed.
02. Chocolate-Body Polisher:
Whatever you need:
Cocoa powder (two tablespoons)
Cocoa powder can be found at any supermarket. It contains antioxidants that help reduce skin wrinkles, and besides, who doesn’t love chocolate?
Ground coffee or instant coffee (one tablespoon)
Coffee also contains antioxidants; moreover, coffee helps to eliminate cellulite accumulated under the skin of the stomach and thighs.
Sugar (normal sugar, but if you want, you can use brown sugar, half a cup)
Sugar works as a very good scrubbing particle. It helps retain skin moisture.
Honey (one tablespoon)
Oil (olive oil, sesame oil, or coconut oil, two tablespoons)
Powdered milk or milk syrup (one teaspoon)
Milk keeps the skin moisturized and increases radiance. But if you can’t give, no problem; just keep the amount of oil correct.
Vanilla essential oil (two drops)
If you don’t give it, there is no problem, but if you give it, its fragrance is bound to make your mind better.
How to use:
Mix cocoa powder, coffee, and sugar together. This way, you can save it if you want so that you don’t have to create it again and again. Store it in a dry place and mix it with the rest of the liquid ingredients when needed. If it seems too thick, you can dilute it by mixing it with water.
Use body polish on wet skin after showering. Gently massage in circular motions so as not to scratch the skin. Still, if the sugar grains seem too harsh, mix them with water and dissolve them. Massage with extra attention to the parts of the body that have more fat. After five minutes, or when all the sugar grains have dissolved, just rinse with water. Then apply your favorite body lotion. Thus, with this body polisher, you can make a ‘chocolate body spa’ at home.
